Shipping Fees
We strive to offer competitive international shipping options.
BeauLuxeCo is not responsible for shipping issues caused by the recipient,
Refusal, Absent recipient, Wrong address, Issues in the recipient country, Issues in the recipient region
- If, due to a recipients' faults, we don't receive the product back from you within 30 days of the date we sent it to you, no refund will be issued.
- If the product is not received within 15 days of completion of delivery to the recipient, no refund will be issued.
- If the product being returned has a short shelf life, or the value of the product has decreased, no refund will be issued.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
The customer is responsible for any customs duties, value-added taxes, and additional incidental costs associated with customs clearance in the importing country.
These charges are not included in our shipping fees.
BeauLuxeCo is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
